    Note­wor­thy — Small, sin­gle-do­main pro­teins usu­ally fold cor­rectly with­out much as­sis­tance. But larger pro­teins, of­ten con­tain­ing mul­ti­ple do­mains need as­sis­tance. To help with pro­tein fold­ing, there are nu­mer­ous pro­teins known as chap­er­ones.
