Sum­mer Va­ca­tion

by the STC team — We take ad­van­tage of this be­ing the sea­son for re­joicing, and take our cus­tom­ary win­ter two week va­ca­tion. We hope that you have en­joyed the past year with us and that you will re­turn as this blog be­gins the 12th year of its ex­is­tence. We will en­deavor to the quest for more won­ders of the World of Small Things.

by Elio and Merry — We are tak­ing a hol­i­day break. We wish all our read­ers and their mi­cro­bio­mes a happy hol­i­day sea­son and a sym­bi­otic new year.

The STC team is tak­ing its cus­tom­ary sum­mer va­ca­tion, this year for five weeks.

By the STC team — We take ad­van­tage of this be­ing the sea­son for re­joic­ing, and em­bark on a four-week win­ter vaca­tion. When we re­turn in 2024, on Ja­nua­ry 15th, we will en­ter the 18th year of Small Things Con­sider­ed.

'tis the 2nd of De­cem­ber and to­day we cel­e­brate the sev­enth an­niver­sary of this blog. In blog years (some­thing anal­o­gous to dog years), that's quite a stretch of time. It's been great fun (and con­sid­er­able work). We thank all who have con­tributed by writ­ing ar­ti­cles, com­ment­ing, and vis­it­ing.
